I’m tired of running into the same problems with this site. Pages take forever to load, the menus feel all over the place, and finding basic info turns into way too much clicking around. It just makes the whole experience more frustrating than it needs to be

"Warranty didn't really help when I needed it"
I ordered from league-legacy.com thinking the warranty would give me some peace of mind if anything went wrong. Once I actually reached out, though, the whole thing felt a lot less reassuring than it sounded at checkout.
Their responses took a while, and when they finally got back to me, it was mostly references to little terms and conditions I hadn’t paid much attention to before. It kind of felt like the warranty was there until it was time to use it.

Maybe someone else had a smoother experience, but mine left me feeling like I shouldn’t have counted on it. I wouldn’t personally buy from them again

"Logging in shouldn’t be the hard part"
I’ve had a frustrating time just trying to get into my account. Some days my password works fine, other days it acts like I’ve never used it before, and the reset emails take way too long to show up. After a while, it started feeling like the app was making the simplest step the biggest obstacle. I don’t mind a glitch here and there, but when logging in becomes a regular hassle, it kind of makes you question whether it’s worth using at all.

I ended up spending more time and energy figuring things out than I really wanted to. "Changing my email shouldn’t be this difficult"
Maybe I’m just picky about account security, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I was trying to update the email on my account, and I couldn’t find any clear way to do it. I figured support would sort it out, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve anything. For such a basic thing, it felt way more complicated than it needed to be. it made me a little uncomfortable using the site at all.

"Payment worked, just took a little while"
I paid on league-legacy.com and the payment did go through, but the page took longer than I expected to update after checkout. It reminded me of when my brother ordered from a smaller gaming site and we both kept refreshing to see if it actually worked. I got a bit unsure for a minute, but everything ended up fine in the end. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest. 3 stars from me.

I went on League-Legacy ready to grab a jersey, but almost everything I clicked on was either sold out or only had random sizes left. Like, the stuff looked available at first, then I’d open the page and it was just nope.

I checked back a few times thinking maybe they’d restock or update it, but nothing really changed. It was frustrating, not gonna lie, and it kinda felt like I wasted my time browsing

I was disappointed with the promos. They made it sound like there would be real savings or some kind of decent deal, but once I actually tried to use them, they felt almost pointless. It’s frustrating when a promo is hyped up and then doesn’t really deliver on what was promised.

"Honestly not worth the stress"
I tried it once and immediately started worrying that my account might get flagged. Support wasn’t very reassuring either, so that didn’t help. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification just made the whole thing even more annoying. Since it’s tied to my main account, it just feels like too much of a risk for what it is.
